The Enabling Push: $3 Million Contribution to the Elastos DAO. To support the transition from “Building” to “Scaling,” a significant capital contribution from a long-standing relationship has been committed to the Elastos DAO to support its mission. The total value of this commitment is $3,000,000.
- Tranche 1 (Secured): ~$1,000,000 is now in custody.
- Tranche 2: ~$500,000 scheduled for release in 6 months.
- Tranche 3: ~$1,500,000 scheduled for release over the following 18 months.
Rong Chen’s Message: The Keystone Fund. Elastos Founder Rong Chen views this contribution as his “Keystone Gift” to the Elastos DAO ecosystem. It is his final major personal financial push, designed not to sustain the ecosystem indefinitely, but to bridge the gap to maturity until World Computer Initiative teams can stand on their own, raise their own external capital, and drive value independently.
